The readings take place as follows:
If you have never worked with Vidya before: You will have an initial one-hour session with her, either online or on the phone, in which you will describe your situation and ask any questions you have.
You will then lie down for an hour, with no disturbances, while she types out the information she receives about you from her guides, along with answers to your questions. Later that evening, you will receive the report by email. If you have any questions about it, you can send them to Vidya by email.

If you have worked with Vidya before: You will send details of your situation and all your questions to her by email. Then, at an appointed time, you will lie down for an hour while she receives the information and answers to your questions and types them out in a report. Later that evening you will receive the report by email. Any questions you have about the report can be sent by email.
